One Dakwah Foundation Incorporated (ODFI) is a non-profit Islamic outreach organization established in Cebu, Philippines, dedicated to supporting new Muslim reverts and communities who wish to learn more about Islam.

Since January 2026, ODFI has been working together with Al-Islam Specialist Hospital, Kuala Lumpur and committed volunteers to provide structured Islamic education and spiritual guidance to new Muslims across Cebu Island.

Alhamdulillah, the program has successfully established 22 learning centres, where reverts and interested learners participate in online Islamic classes, Usrah sessions, and Qur’anic teaching. Through these programs, participants learn:

• Basic Islamic knowledge (Aqidah and Fiqh)
• How to perform daily prayers and worship correctly
• Reading and understanding the Qur’an
• Islamic values, character building, and community life

However, there are still about 60 additional centres in Cebu Island that urgently need basic facilities, internet access, teaching materials, and operational support so that more reverts can learn Islam in a structured and supportive environment.

In addition, ODFI is initiating a Halal Meat Project to help ensure that Muslim communities have access to properly slaughtered halal meat while also creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for local Muslim families.
